The house is new, ready to move in. The Sumba Paradise beach resort is a beach resort complex of 42 chalets and 11 large private villas with concrete structure and large private pool and 10 small private villas with Hungarian management. Parts of the resort are currently under construction. The resort offers a communal swimming pool, restaurant, buffet, bar, gym, massage service.

On-site rental of cars, scooters, jet skis, banana boats, glass bottom boats, fishing boats, excursion boats, diving and snorkelling equipment. It is possible to make individual and organized excursions to several points of the island to lagoons, surf beaches, coral reefs, waterfalls, jungle tours.

The management of the resort provides a guard service, cleaning, maintenance, laundry and room rental services for the operation of the property under a separate agreement.
